Good to know

• Please tell us about any hidden pipes, cables or AC lines in the wall before the visit, and confirm you own the property or have permission from your landlord or building management.
• Our installer checks the wall first. If it is not safe or suitable, we may decline to install and will refund the installation fee in full.
• We are not responsible for existing wall conditions or hidden services that were not disclosed to us.
